激光去除手术疤痕需治疗1-3次。每次治疗根据面积和病种，5分钟-2小时不等，在门诊进行不需住院。在激光治疗时由于局部产生瞬间高温，会有一些刺痛灼热感，但大部分病人无须麻醉即可耐受，对于少数敏感患者，我们在术中可以加用局部的浅表或浸润麻醉以减轻不适感。
Laser scar removal needs to be treated 1-3 times. Each treatment varies from 5 minutes to 2 hours according to the area and disease type, and there is no need to be hospitalized in the outpatient department. In the laser treatment, because of the local instantaneous high temperature, there will be some tingling and burning sensation, but most patients can tolerate without anesthesia. For a few sensitive patients, we can add local superficial or infiltration anesthesia during the operation to reduce the discomfort.
激光治疗后1-3天，治疗区和周围组织会有红肿及渗液，可感肿胀麻木，以后红肿逐渐消退，手术创面被痂皮覆盖，术后1—2周痂皮脱落，创面愈合。
1-3 days after laser treatment, there will be redness, swelling and numbness in the treatment area and surrounding tissues, and then the redness will gradually subside, the surgical wound will be covered by scab skin, the scab skin will fall off 1-2 weeks after operation, and the wound will heal.
术后2周内手术创面应保持清洁、干燥，不能擦洗，避免阳光照射，必要时局部使用抗生素软膏。痂皮不能强行揭除，应让其自选脱落。治疗后局部肤色可能较红继而色素沉着，根据个人情况不同，色素沉着会在1—6月后逐渐消退。
The wound surface should be kept clean and dry within 2 weeks after operation, and should not be scrubbed to avoid sunlight. Antibiotic ointment should be used locally if necessary. Scab skin can not be removed by force, and should be free to fall off. After treatment, the local skin color may be redder and then pigmentation. According to personal conditions, pigmentation will gradually fade after 1-6 months.
